Forwarding of data

Companies that we work with to place candidates and try to match the right candidate with the right job have access to the candidates’ profiles. For this reason, candidates’ personal data is also transmitted to these companies. Restriction of processing

Restriction of processing is the marking of stored personal data with the aim of restricting its future processing.

Deletion of personal data

Tumania deletes the corresponding data after storage is no longer necessary, or limits the processing if there are legal retention periods.

Profiling

Profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning that natural person’s performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movements.

Use of our contact form

If you have any questions or concerns, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on our website. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who sent the request and can send you an answer. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR to protect our legitimate interests.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after processing has been completed, provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary. In the case of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, you can object to the processing of your personal data at any time.

Online applications

Thank you for your interest in our company. We are aware of the necessary sensitivity of the processing of your personal data during the application process.

You have the opportunity to apply to us using the relevant online form on our careers page. We require the requested personal data to process your application. This includes in particular your contact details (such as first name, surname, (mobile) telephone number, e-mail address) and your CV. This may also include special categories of personal data. Immediately after we receive your application, we will carry out an initial check. Within the scope of this online application, only the group of persons required to carry out your application procedure will receive knowledge of your application. Under no circumstances will your personal data be passed on to third parties without authorization.

Your application data will be stored and processed by us during the application process. After completion of the application process, all personal data will be deleted after six months. If you are accepted, we reserve the right to keep your application for longer.
